The Website allows you to access the reservation services of Angkor Village Hotel
• All room rates are in US Dollars per room per night and are inclusive of 10% government VAT.
• The rates are subject to room availability and may change from one day to another while the reservation is not confirmed.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by verifying Credit Card for one night to be confirmed.
• Guests who have used their own credit card for purchase of the accommodation must also present their payment card together with their personal identification (ID card or passport) during check-in.

EARLY BIRD and ADVANCE PURCHASE PAYMENT METHOD
• All booking will be required full Pre-payment upon confirmation.
• Amendment and cancellation are not allowed for Non-Refundable booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation must be made within 48 hours prior to expect arrival date and time to avoid penalty charge of one night’s rate, except during high and peak seasons, cancellation must be made 7 days in advance.
• No show charge of 100% room rate will be levied on the credit card.
• The Reservation made under condition of prepaid is non-refundable.

CHECK–IN & CHECK-OUT
• Standard check-in time is 2.00 pm.
• Standard check-out time is 12.00 pm. (Noon)
• For check-in before standard time is subject to room availability.
• Late check-out requests for periods after the standard time is subject to availability.
